Deposit Protection 

We hope that you have a fantastic and event free holiday, but we understand that sometimes accidents do happen.  The security deposit is a requirement of our insurance, and we cannot release the vehicle for hire without this payment of £1000. It is held by us in a secure account, until the retrun of the vehicle in a satisfactory condition.

Upon collection of the vehicle, any existing damage is agreed and reorded on the rental agreement documents, and photographs taken where necessary. You are free to take your own photographs too.

Where damage does occur during your period of hire, we prefer that minor items are replaced or repaired accordingly. We do not want to hold the deposits without good reason, but in the case of any significant damage, it will be held until repairs have been priced and arranged by us. Any costs will be deducted from your deposit.

The hirer may also take out a separate insurance policy to cover the deposit and give peace of mind reagarding accidental damage or theft of the motorhome. Please note that the security deposit will still need to be paid. 

If you do need to claim to recover your deposit this must be done through the company you have engaged directly.
